|Recommended: NoNot happy with my experience there so far. — Loud fighting from the adjacent building wee hours in the morning, broken glass and trash always in the parking lot so we have to park behind bldg 1, cops are always here...just not thrilled with my quality of life here.

I believe I know which building you are referring to and proper policy and procedure was followed regarding this incident. I've been doing my best to walk the grounds daily. |Recommended: NoCons of the Riverpoint. — Maintenance isn't professional neither do they keep their word. Haven't had my door fixed since my work order was placed. Consist leaking in the bathroom,and roaches infestation.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesI give 4 stars and not 5 beautiful remodel apartments, my self and husband have had to fix a few random thing inside that clearly were just painted over, but communication it’s not the greatest, people have been evicted next to us and seem like our home was a target after. It’s a noisy area even though it’s in the back. Management is doing their best but need work. Also was lock out of mailbox several times , you can tell it rebuilding and will be nice in the future.
Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesEverybody with River Pointe Apartments have been great. They are kind and willing to help. So far I love living here. Needed help with a plumbing issue and it was taken care of promptly. The complex is quiet and the residents that I have met are friendly.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesThere are always a water shut off issues too many times with a month. The notices is very short and should be sent well in advance when there is no emergency.
We do apologize for the inconvenience regarding this matter. Since December 2022 we have reduced the amount of times the water is shut off. Through preventive maintenance we have done well to ensure most matters are handled before a larger issue arises. Thank you for the feedback. We will continue to curtail our process to ensure this happens less and we communicate more effectively going forward.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesThe move in process was smooth. Move in date got pushed back a couple times but when the time did come it was a stress reliever. The neighborhood is decent. Some noise problems but overall good.
