|Recommended: YesGreat Home-y Place — This apartment has been great so far. Very quiet community and beautifully positioned on the water. It’s just the little details like water shut offs, lingering maintenance requests, some infrastructure concerns, etc. that make me raise an eyebrow. I would still recommend to friends to live here.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesI moved in here July 2022. So far my experience has been a pleasant one. My neighbors are pretty cool and look out for each other. No noise over her. Maintenance has been on top of my requests.
