Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesFor the amount of rent we pay maintenance should be more on point, took 2 months just to get my tub fixed sink fixed. I see we have New office staff they seem more organized than the last so hopefully good changes for the future.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesMy 6 yr Anniversary at first was not happy with this place but since the new management ,maintenance staff over the pass 3 or 4 yrs is been an amazing place to live.the turn around is real.will not be moving from here I feel safe and comfortableness thank you

The leasing agent is very nice, everyone in the office is very nice and helpful. It's a quiet and peaceful place to live.
Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesI enjoy living at River Pointe Apts. Mist of the time it's quiet and pleasant. The only issue I can see is the trash that accumulates on the property on the weekend and the frequent turning off of the water. Other than that everything is fine.

I always say “You know that a complex is a great place if people regularly use the amenities. I always see people at the pool, going to the gym, playing tennis. They really love it here it seems.
