Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesThe moving experience is great as well as my leasing consultant and Consulting Naya. Even though I had several issues about the unit I was moving into I was still satisfied with the temporary compromise we came to an agreement too so far. The reason why I didn t get five stars is where I m located parking is very scarce it seems like I m not going to have the ability to have guests over because I barely find parking myself.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesThe staff is really nice. Naj made the process so easy and was super sweet and helpful. Maintenance guys were also super nice and seem to take pride in their job as I told them about a small water leak and they came to my unit to try and fix it right then and there. The neighborhood is kept clean. The only issue I would say is the constant groups of people by the playground smoking where children play as well as some children playing around by hitting each other with objects unsupervised. My son has a rare blood condition limiting him from falling or sustaining injuries, which makes me feel uncomfortable allowing my son to go out and play if that is how the kids are allowed to play without supervision.

Cant really hear people outside hanging when you are trying to sleep. Which is great when you wake up at five in the morning. The staff so friendly and welcoming.

Love the maintenance grew So polite, so professional The office staff is so polite and professional also. Always willing to help and inform. Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesThese guys are great, utterly ridiculous rules and a tow truck that drives around the area, but the area is nice the employees in the office are pleasant to deal with. Maintenance crew on the other hand seem eternally upset, good guys tho.

Yes they switch management all the time but everyone has been nice and maintenance is always quick to respond when something needs to be fixed. The only thing is that rent keeps going up every year like 100 dollars but this has been my home for a long time and I m trying to hang in there as long as I can.
